We moved to the North Georgia mountains six years ago and we could not find a dentist who we felt cared about us or our dental care. The first wanted to sell Botox and teeth whitening rather than discuss teeth, the second was very distant and prescribed a root canal on a perfectly fine tooth. We had few choices, but my sister led me to Dr. Fritz.

From the first step into her office, the staff is friendly and engaged. I have a horrible history with TMJ which required surgery in 2004 and neither of the other practices seemed concerned. My first visit with Dr. Fritz was different. She pulled up her chair and took notes on what I had been through with my jaw. She said she would contact my former surgeon to see what direction would be best for my care.

I had a very busy workday and could not answer the call from her office when it came through. Not only had she called the surgeon, but she got me a referral to a specialist in Georgia from my original doctor. I was blown away by the level of care and concern as the last dentist referred me to a place that barely had two stars and horrible reviews.

I will see her for my routine care as will the rest of my family. In a time where service is a forgotten art and care is thrown out of the window, it is more than refreshing to know we have found a great dentist and staff with a caring professional heart.
